Landups network terms of service and disclaimer, please read carefully before purchasing Vps, and confirm that placing an order to purchase means accepting this contract.

Disputes between users and Landups network in the process of using Landups network services or products shall be resolved in accordance with this "service contract".

Landups network reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting the new terms of service on the website.

1. User obligations
1.1 It is prohibited to upload content that is strictly prohibited by the laws of the United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, generally referring to piracy, infringement, imitation, fraud, etc., including the use of reverse proxy display websites, building KMS activation, and video and audio without relevant copyrights website etc.

1.2 It is prohibited to use the website building series Vps to set up proxy purposes (Vpn/Ss nature/reverse proxy/FRP intranet penetration). Violation will result in account ban and refusal to refund.

1.3 It is forbidden to use the host to send packets to and from the outside, Arp attack, Arp hijacking, scan weak passwords, malicious exhaustion and interfere with the operation of other servers. No explanation is given for banned products.

1.4 It is forbidden to use the host to send spam (Spam), spam information (messages, posts), spread Trojan horses, viruses (including malicious files that refer to other servers).

1.5 It is forbidden to embezzle and bind IPs that are not your own Vps.

1.6 It is forbidden to run software that consumes a lot of CPU, bandwidth, and hard disk resources, such as mining traffic, various virtual coins, video on-hook, cluster computing, and traffic brushing.

1.7 It is allowed to transfer Vps to other accounts (Push), and the fee is 5 yuan per unit/time. Dedicated servers prohibit Push.

1.8 It is forbidden to upload websites or programs (private servers, drugs, politics, plug-ins) that are vulnerable to Ddos traffic attacks.

1.9 If you use the promotion links of other accounts under your name when purchasing, we have the right to seal the promotion account and the purchase account together, or cancel the corresponding commission.

1.10 Landups network only provides direct customer service for customers, and does not authorize the so-called "purchasing" or "third-party purchasers to purchase and transfer to other users". If there are any related problems, we will consider it as the purchaser (direct customer) caused. Active (or passive) resulting behavior.

2. Resource usage convention and virtual server (Vps) IPv4 address
2.1 Do not occupy a large amount of bandwidth for a long time, and use software that affects network performance (including: Pt download, Bt download, Thunder, eDonkey, mining, etc.)

2.2 Do not occupy a large amount of disk I/O for a long time (20mb/S+ 2 hours), and use software that affects the stability of the server (including: disk Dd test, disk scan and anti-virus software, etc.)

2.3 Do not occupy a large amount of CPU for a long time, and use software that affects server performance (including: cluster computing, Bitcoin, mining, etc.)

The bandwidth of 2.4 Vps is the peak bandwidth (not exclusive bandwidth), please do not occupy it for a long time, otherwise it will be limited by 10%-30% of the peak bandwidth

2.5 Vps refuses long-term, high-traffic pure proxy connections. (including service provider node, multi-person proxy, reverse proxy)

*Long time = more than 2 hours in a row, the restriction will not be allowed to be lifted and refunded until it expires.

Virtual Server (Vps) IPv4
2.6 If the IP address of the Vps is blocked for the first time, please send a work order to replace the IP address for free within 60 minutes of the opening time.

The IPv4 address of 2.7 Vps can be replaced at a fee of 30 yuan/time

2.8 Each Vps product is limited to 5 IP changes per month

2.9 If a large number of IP addresses are blocked in a special period, we will have the right to temporarily increase the price.

3. Service Termination, Refund Guarantee and Rejection Refund Plan
service termination
3.1 If the service has not been paid yet, the service will be suspended immediately after the service expires.

3.2 If payment is still not made one day after the service expires, we will delete the service, and the data on the service will not be retrieved at that time.

3.3 During the service suspension period, normal billing will be charged.

3.4 Violation of Landups network Terms of Service (TOS) or Product Use Restriction (AUP), we have the right to suspend or even delete your service.

3.5 We will not be responsible for recovering data lost due to expiration of the service.

Vps/Virtual Hosting:
3.6 If you apply for a refund within 24 hours, the handling fee will be deducted by 10 yuan. If the IP is blocked, the cost of the IP will be deducted.

3.7 Apply for a refund within 48 hours, deduct 15 yuan + payment channel fee.

3.8 If you apply for a refund after 48 hours, deduct 15 yuan + deduction according to the actual resource time + Alipay handling fee.
(Refund formula The original price of the product calculates the used time. The discounted price minus the cost of the used time. Note: Refunds are not supported after the product has been purchased for more than 2 natural months)

3.9 After purchasing the Vps host, if the wrong line is opened, the account will be returned within 1 day without the handling fee and the deduction of the usage time.

3.10 A single Vps is only allowed to submit one refund work order, and the fee for repeated refund work orders is 5 yuan.

3.11 For example, the account balance generated by festivals/events cannot be withdrawn, and promotional products, special products and other promotional products do not support refunds (including refunds to the balance. Note: If there is any violation, the account will be banned).

3.12 Customers who purchase products with malicious funds will be permanently banned.

3.13 Once the application for refund is submitted = immediately delete the server, and this operation is irreversible and irreversible.

3.14 For user products restricted by QoS, no refund or push will be given.

3.15 If your product needs to be refunded to the account balance, please send a work order to the general affairs department, indicating the product + refund to the balance.

3.16 Online game accelerator series products do not support refunds.

Note: This time is the product activation time, not the work order response time. Some products do not allow refunds. For details, please refer to the instructions for not supporting refunds.

Standalone server:

3.16 Unconditional refund within 24 hours of delivery time. Alipay fees are deducted.

3.17 Refunds based on resource usage time are not supported after 24 hours of delivery.

Force Majeure Refunds:
3.18 In the event of a catastrophic failure of the server, you can apply for a refund for the remaining months (less than one month counts as one month, the full payment for the current month or the remaining month), no handling fee

*Catastrophic failure refers to data loss due to server hard disk failure, or continuous disconnection for a short period of time that cannot be restored for more than 72 hours.
Refund arrival time:

3.19 Payment will be made within the 3rd working day of Beijing time, and the time will be counted from the date of the last reply to the work order (customs who have returned products and IPLC customers do not include this column).

The financial reply has been accepted. Please do not reply to the work order multiple times or reopen a single product for multiple refunds. This behavior will be regarded as a vicious refund behavior.

Ticket Title: Refund
Contents: Product host name and Ip address, Alipay account name for receiving payment. Refunds will only be made to the account where the product was originally paid for.

Instructions for not supporting refunds:
3.20 Refunds are not supported for pre-sale customers after activation.

3.21 Customers who violate the rules of use/malicious outsourcing do not support refunds.

3.22 After delivery, the Ip address cannot be refunded due to the customer's use.

3.23 Attacked by Ddos traffic or active external attack, spam, fake brand, etc., whether active or passive (hacked)

3.24 Judgment of remuneration for refund (or refusal to refund): maliciously trying out Vps or violating the relevant provisions of "I. User Obligations".

3.25 Dedicated servers that have been opened for more than 24 hours.

3.26 Refunds are only supported to the Alipay account for product purchases (refunds to Alipay and balance are not supported after product transfer, if you apply for a refund from the financial department, the product cannot be restored after the VPS is deleted).

3.27 Once the application for refund is submitted = immediately delete the server, and this operation is irreversible and irreversible.

3.28 Refunds are not supported for Vps products that are restricted due to abuse.

3.29 For abusive work order technicians, blacklisting URLs does not support refunds.

4. Abuse treatment plan

4.1 Violation 1. User obligations Item 1, whether active or passive, lock Vps until it expires.

4.2 Each Vps can reinstall the system 30 times per month. If you need to increase the number of installations when the number of installations is exceeded, a handling fee of 2 yuan will be charged each time.

4.3 If Vps continuously occupies the resources of the parent server for a long time (more than 70% of Cpu single core, high disk Io load) for more than 2 hours, the parent server will automatically shut down your Vps. If it appears multiple times, your Vps will be automatically locked, and you need to contact customer service for negotiation.

4.4 Vps external scanning weak passwords or ports are monitored and complained by the computer room, and the Vps is locked until it expires.

4.5 Running high-consuming resources such as mining traffic mining, various virtual coins, traffic brushing, cluster computing, foreign exchange, etc., the first shutdown warning, the second time Vps is locked until it expires.

4.6 If the copyright (pirated) content is complained by the computer room or copyright organization, whether it is active or passive, Vps will be locked until it expires.

4.7 Vps send spam or spam information to the computer room, no matter whether it is active or passive, Vps will be locked until it expires.

4.8 The use of proxy is prohibited, that is, the use of Vps to set up services including Vpn.TG proxy and other services that are borderline legal in the Mainland. Including personal and commercial use (agent sales platform, agent node), ban Vps until it expires.

4.9 Vps large-traffic Ddos attack (attacked or actively attacked externally), the air route will block the IP for 24-48 hours. After unblocking, back up data for 2 hours and terminate the service, and lock the Vps until it expires.

4.10 Vps intranet attack, Arp hijacking, illegal occupation of other people's IP, whether active or passive, lock Vps until it expires.

4.11 Vps abuse bandwidth, lock Vps until it expires.

*For all the above instructions to lock the Vps until it expires, you can provide 1-2 hours of backup data. After the time is up, the network will be locked again, and the Vps will be automatically deleted until it expires (no refund!)
V. Solutions for False Referrals
If a false referral falls under any of the following circumstances, it will be regarded as a purchase by the same person. If you apply for withdrawal of referral funds in the background, we have the right to refuse the payment and delete the referral account association.

5.1 Log in to the same IP consecutively.

5.2 The same Alipay account number (payer name) appears several times in a row or intermittently.

5.3 or other evidence can prove that one or more accounts are used by one person.

6. No technical support service
6.1 We currently do not provide technical support services. In principle, we do not provide any technical support other than the problems of the main machine and the Vps itself, including the installation panel and the maintenance service. Please understand.

7. Disclaimer and Data Loss Handling Plan
7.1 The service cannot be accessed (used) or data is lost due to the user's arrears for 3 days (72 hours), non-renewal or forgetting to renew, and active application for a refund (and successful refund).

7.2 The service cannot be accessed (used) or data is lost due to the user's operation or other related behaviors.

7.3 Inaccessibility or data loss caused by the user's website content or use behavior that violates the provisions of Article 1 "User Obligations" of this clause.

7.4 Inaccessibility or data loss caused by major social abnormal events such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, etc.

7.5 Inaccessibility or data loss caused by severe disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, waves, floods, locust plagues, storms, hail, sandstorms, volcanic eruptions, landslides, avalanches, mudslides, etc.

7.6 The Landups network server does not provide redundant disk arrays and data redundant backups for the time being. Please do the off-site backup operations by yourself.

(Raid is only for disk reliability not backup). In the event of data loss caused by a catastrophic failure, annual payment customers will be compensated for the same package for 2 months, and monthly payment customers will be compensated for the same package for 1 month, but will not be responsible for the loss of customer data value.
*Catastrophic failure refers to the loss of data due to a server hard drive failure.

Landups network reserves the right of final interpretation of this contract. If you do not accept or agree with it, please do not buy it.
